Interact with it to cue a short sequence where The Hacker begins rifling through the laptop's files and finds out that he's messing with the wrong people. She unfurled through Citadel Station in a thousand security cameras and as many cyborg slaves, their meat taken from the bodies of the outpost’s former staff.
